About Us
Success Electronics & Transformer Manufacturer Sdn. Bhd. (SETM) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Success Transformer Corporation Berhad (STC), a public company listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities since 2007. SETM is largely engaged in the designing, manufacturing and distribution of industrial lighting, transformers and electrical apparatus.
We have established reputable in-house flagship brands, namely NIKKON and iLCS. These brands have marked their achievement and successfully addressed the evolving needs of modern industries and urban living. Over the years, we have positioned ourselves as a key player in the lighting market and a leading provider of industrial lighting solutions.
SETM is known for producing high quality products that offer exceptional performance, reliability and stability, supported by our state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities. SETM focuses on strengthening its brand presence and expanding market reach. We serve the domestic market through a distribution network of over 850 distributors and export our products to more than 50 countries worldwide.

- Established globally recognised ISO 9001:2000 quality management system for design, development and manufacturing of industrial lightings, lighting components and

- Success Transformer Corporation Berhad (STC) listed on the Second Board of Bursa Malaysia
- Jabatan Kerja Raya (JKR) approved for selected street lights and
lighting components
2006
- Approved TNB Vendor Certificate from Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB)
2007
- Transfer of STC listing to the

(Quality Management System) - Established a partnership with an Italian engineering company specialising in wireless communication
- Launched the Intelligent Light Control System (iLCS) smart controller devices and a modular smart security streetlight for smart cities development
2018
- Launched the iLCS cloud based platform to further enhance back-end integration, data capture and energy consumption analytics and notification updates
2019
- First iLCS project deployed in the state of Melaka, located in Malaysia
- Obtained ISO 14001:2015 in the provision of Design, Development & Manufacture of LED Lightings
2020
- Obtained first MyHIJAU mark for selected street lights
- Largest iLCS project deployed
in Vietnam - Succesfully deployed to 7 smart light projects nationwide
2021
- The development of various sensors and features on the smart platform further enhances its value propositions
2022
- Obtained first Buatan Malaysia mark for selected streetlights and floodlights
